Kevin Decker Kevin Decker was born in Prince George, BC and moved to Nanaimo in 1980. In 1985 his father, John Decker, opened Mid-Island Mortgage & Savings. Kevin joined his father as part of the team in 1997 and is currently running the company. The Mid Island Mortgage Legacy created by John and Kevin Decker involves keeping promises to clients, a strong work ethic and aiming to create lasting frienships with every client that walks through the door. To this day, there's nothing more rewarding for Kevin than those moments where he's able to help a client achieve financial success and independance. Since Kevin took over the company in 2002, Mid Island Mortgage has grown to a small family of 3 professional hard working mortgage brokers and a smart understanding office manager. Kevin is an avid sportsman. For those rare occaisions when he's not in the office he can be found at the Nanaimo Golf and Country Club, at a Cancuks or BC Lions Game or supporting the local Vancouver Island Raiders football team. |

Jennifer Hill Jennifer Hill has been in the finance industry for nearly 7 years. She began her careeer in real estate financing after purchasing her first property at the age of 19, when she felt she was not properly guided or informed on the process of purchasing a property or obtaining a mortgage. Jennifer specializes in securing mortgages for first-time home buyers and self-employed individuals and loves providing clients with solutions that will benefit them now, and in the future. Jennifer's personal and professional experiences with real estate financing have given her special insight into the difficulties self-employed individuals may have in obtaining mortgage financing, and knows the best possible routes and mortgage products these clients have available to them from a variety of lenders. |
